Some friends will be getting together at Puppet’s Jazz Bar in Park Slope this Friday to celebrate Andy’s birthday. Stop by if you can.

Dennis McNett is contributing some art work in honor of Andy to the upcoming EYES WIDE OPEN exhibit.

The time has come again for the LOVE& GUTS art show to make its triumphant return to New York in what promises to be one of the most memorable shows to date. Skateboarding’s past and present heroes will converge for an exhibition entitled Eyes Wide Open, which is centered around skating’s fallen soldiers whose lives expired far too soon.
These loses have left a void in skating, but their spirits and legacies continue to live on and as special way to celebrate their lives. LOVE&GUTS has chosen to further immortalize them via Eyes Wide Open. Participants in this year’s show include Pat Ngoho, Lance Mountain, Steve Caballero, Steve OIson, Chad Muska, Armando Roura, Don Pendeleton, Giovanni Reda, Ivory Serra & Shelter Serra, Dennis McNett along with many others who were all more than willing to lend their talents to this special exhibition.
